Together with Leah, we have prepared few different poses you can do at home, hotel room or anywhere you go.

It's time to speed up the heart rate and welcome the day with a great energy !

Virabhadra's Pose is also known as the Warrior Pose (there are three variation of Warrior, of which this is customarily numbered II).  Held up as an ideal for all practitioners : the "spiritual warrior," who bravely does battle with the universal enemy.

Get more active by engaging your  core muscles, with this more dynamic flow it will strengthen your arms and open your hips at once.

Mountain Twists are wonderful postures if you deal with stress or anxiety. These postures will help to open the chest, shoulders and back, all of which can help to decrease feelings of anxiousness. You will be releasing stored tension in the body as you twist, which can have a positive effect on your mental state. You will get double the benefit if you combine your twist with slow, rhythmic breathing as well.
