Girls and women often dig a hole at home and sit on it for the duration of their cycle. to attempt to attend school they use leaves, sand, chicken feathers or paper . Using unhygienic options can result in life threatening infection and disease.
Padding Africa and now Sewing Together, create a better chance for many women and girls by providing them with reusable sanitary pads or teaching a skill of making them by their own.
Women are beautiful, strong ,a force of nature, they should be protected, celebrated and cherished. Reusable sanitary pads bring a solution to so many issues Education, Jobs, Health, Ecology.
