NAGO x SEWING TOGETHER PART II

In a short but a productive week we managed to create not only reusable pads, which will help many young girls, but as well to create a camping which I hope will open eyes to so many issues as menstrual poverty and equality.

With little we have here, we decided to make photos which will proof that menstruation and being a woman is beautiful and powerful.

Women should be be able to choose whatever role she desires

and period cannot be a reason for taking that chance a way.

I need to admit, I am so lucky, not only with talented and hard working students.

But as well with amazing women, who I am so proud to call my Kenyan family.

Here is the result.
