
Join Us in Kenya for 2–4 Weeks of Purposeful Work

Are you looking for a meaningful way to spend a few weeks — while making a real impact in the lives of women and children?
We are currently welcoming short-term volunteers (2–4 weeks) to support Sewing Together School in Kenya — a creative and safe space where women are trained in fashion, design, and entrepreneurship, and where local children often join to learn, play, and grow.

What You’ll Do
Depending on your skills and interests, your role may include:

Supporting sewing and design classes

Assisting with daily school operations

Helping organize creative workshops for women and children
-
Supporting empowerment sessions (e.g., well-being or business classes)

Engaging with children through play, reading, and creative activities
-
Contributing to content creation (photos, videos, storytelling)

Assisting with administration, social media, or logistics
No sewing experience? No problem — we’ll teach you.

What We’re Looking For
We welcome volunteers who are:

Open-minded, kind, and adaptable

Comfortable working in a team and adjusting to new environments

Passionate about women’s empowerment, education, or community building

Available for a minimum of 2 weeks (ideally 3–4)

Practical Information

Location: Mombasa, Kenya

Accommodation: Simple, safe housing provided on-site (private room, $15 per night)

Volunteers are responsible for: Travel, insurance, food, and visas
